Isobel Kelly

Registered Psychologist

AVAILABILITY: open books for assessments, closed books for therapy.

Isobel provides a warm, safe and affirming space for all identities and values an individualised and collaborative approach to therapy and assessments. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed and inclusive of all identities and body sizes.

Isobel is an AuDHD psychologist experienced in the treatment of all types of eating disorders, trauma and complex trauma, anxiety and depression, and she particularly enjoys working with Autistic and ADHD individuals. She enjoys supporting clients to make meaningful changes in their lives by facilitating a deeper understanding of themselves and their needs, and discovering what works with their brain, rather than against it.

Isobel has training and experience in the assessment of Autism and ADHD in adults (including internalised/highly masked traits). She draws from her training in Schema Therapy, EMDR, and ACT therapies, and adapts these approaches to suit each individual client. Isobel is an ANZAED Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician.

Outside of work, Isobel enjoys spending time with her dog, reading and buying books, and listening to Taylor Swift.
