Rosalie Poesiat

Clinical Psychologist

Rosalie is a Clinical Psychologist who utilises a range of therapeutic interventions (including: acceptance and commitment therapy, emotion focussed therapy, compassion focussed therapy, trauma informed therapy - including cognitive processing/trauma focussed therapy/imagery rescripting, and parts therapies). Her preferred therapeutic approach is schema therapy.

Rosalie uses a client-focussed, values-guided approach to her work with clients in order to enhance their quality of life. She prefers to allow her clients to initiate the therapeutic agenda, while providing evidence based support, guidance, and intervention where appropriate.

Rosalie has been working as a psychologist since 2014, in inpatient and outpatient public health settings (including neurological rehabilitation, obesity management, and pain management).

She has an interest in working with clients who have experienced mental health challenges in response to chronic health conditions.

Rosalie is a board-approved supervisor.
